This is an authentic Zippo Regular Black Matte Windproof Lighter (Model #218), manufactured by the Zippo Manufacturing Company in Bradford, Pennsylvania. This particular unit features a highly desirable factory design element showing an exposed brass bottom stamp layout.
- Date of Manufacture: March 2021 (C 21). The stamp on the bottom of the case reads "C Zippo 21", confirming it was produced in March of 2021.
- Condition: New in Box (NIB) / Mint Unfired.
- Design Elements: Features a flawless, non-reflective baked black matte powder-coat finish wrapped around a solid brass case. The bottom face has been factory-cleared of the matte coating to showcase the crisp, raw golden brass Zippo hallmark stamps.
- Mechanical Details: Outfitted with its original, unlit chrome chimney insert. The flint wheel spins perfectly with a strong snap, and the factory orange safety seal was cleanly opened or bypassed for visual display while keeping the lighter completely unfired and empty of fuel.
