  • Production Era: Despite the "1891" stamp, this line was actually manufactured between 1987 and 1999 by General Housewares Corporation (GHC). It was introduced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the original Wagner Manufacturing Company's founding. 
  • Design Features: It functions as a deep skillet or "chicken fryer," featuring high sidewalls (~3 inches deep) to control oil splatters. It includes a teardrop hang hole on the main handle, a helper tab on the opposite side for easier lifting, and embossed seasoning instructions directly on the bottom surface
