This is a Vintage Pre WW2 Western Electric Black (Pot) Metal and Bakelite Desk Top Rotary Telephone. The dial returns nice and smooth and I do not see any cracks in the metal base or the Bakelite receiver. It shows age and wear and may need reconditioned for use.
