This is light-duty garage vise, originally sold by Montgomery Ward in the early 1940s.
Wards' garage vises were offered in three quality levels; Master Quality, Lakeside, & Eclipse; Eclipse being the economy line.
It's worth pointing out that this vise is missing one of its removable pipe jaws.
However, this vise includes the cut-off accessory, something most vises of this age would likely be missing.
