This is a Vtg 1977 Ideal Toys Mr. Machine Wind Up Whistling and Walking Robot and it Works Great! This is a really cool Toy and it works just as I remember mine did, of course mine was from the 1960's and I broke it after a while which is why I'm surprised this still survives! He does have a broken arm but has been glued back together and there is no box.
