Up for sale is an original vintage 1967 Ideal Motorific Chaparral 2 coupe body shell and chassis base set.Condition Highlights:
- Body Shell: The white plastic racing shell is in great shape with original stripes, number 65 decals, and simulated engine details.
- Bonus Feature: The often-missing rear spoiler/wing is 100% fully intact and unbroken.
- Chassis: Stamped "1967 Ideal Hong Kong." The plastic frame is completely solid with all four original wheels/tires attached.
Please Note: This lot is being sold strictly AS-IS for parts or restoration. It is missing the drop-in electric motor and the track guide pin. There is noticeable surface rust/patina on the brass battery plates and rear axle as shown in the photos.Perfect replacement piece if you have a running Motorific chassis that needs a clean, complete body shell to sit on top of it.
