Description
This is an authentic vintage 0-150 AC Analog Voltmeter Panel Gauge, Model 337-S, manufactured during the mid-20th century by the Triplett Electrical Instrument Co. in Bluffton, Ohio. It features a classic Art Deco design with a textured black square Bakelite face housing the glass viewing lens.
The dial face is white with a clear arched 0 to 150-volt scale, showcasing the historic stylized retro "Triplett" logo emblem centered on the lower half.
  • Design & Scale: Calibrated specifically for Alternating Current (A.C. VOLTS). It utilizes a fine black counter-balanced needle pointer indicator with a zero-adjust screw positioned on the lower front section.
  • Enclosure: Features a square front bezel measuring approximately 3 inches across, tapering to a rear round barrel enclosure measuring about 2.75 inches in diameter/1.25 Depth.
  • Hardware & Markings: The reverse side features two heavy-duty brass threaded terminal connection posts with integrated hex nuts and four corner-mounting threaded stud extensions. The rear casing is clearly stamped with the factory serial code 321326.
  • Condition: Pre-Owned / Estate Used. The face remains bright, exceptionally clean, and free of yellowing. The Bakelite housing and rear metal barrel show standard vintage shelf wear and minor storage patina, preserving an excellent industrial look. Sold untried and unpolished, directly as found.
