Vintage Tobacco Pipe Lot of 3 – Dr. Grabow Duke, Kaywoodie Custom Grain, Unmarked Briar – Estate Find

Description
This listing is for a vintage estate collection lot of three (3) tobacco smoking pipes. It features distinct mid-century American and European shapes, making it an excellent starter lot for restoration hobbyists or collectors.
  • Pipe 1 (Front): Dr. Grabow "Duke" Imported Briar
    • Details: Smooth dark briar wood finish with an adjustable push-stem setup. Stamped with "Imported Briar".  Features the recognizable white spade emblem stamped directly on the black vulcanite stem.
  • Pipe 2 (Middle): Kaywoodie Custom Grain / Wirecarved
    • Details: Features a distinct rusticated, deeply textured wire-carved pattern on both the billiard-style bowl and shank. The left side of the vulcanite stem contains an empty indentation slot where the clover/spade logo inlay used to sit. The wooden shank is clearly stamped "Genuine Briar".
  • Pipe 3 (Rear): Vintage Classic Billiard
    • Details: Smooth, dark walnut-toned finish with a traditional straight vulcanite stem. Prominent Vertical Cracks (See pictures).The side of the wooden shank is cleanly stamped "Real Briar".
  • Condition: Pre-Owned / Estate Used. All three pipes exhibit typical vintage character, surface oxidation on the vulcanite stems (natural browning/discoloration), and carbon cake residue inside the bowls. 1 Pipe displays vertical cracks. They are being sold uncleaned, directly as found, making them great restoration candidates.
