Vintage Texaco Havoline Motor Oil Flat Metal Can Sheets Lot of 2 NOS Sign Ready
This lot features two authentic vintage labels intended for one-quart cans of Havoline motor oil, manufactured by Texaco Inc. The top label represents the standard classic formula, while the bottom gold-tone label is designated for Havoline All Temperature 10W-30 motor oil. Dating back to the late 1960s, these flat pieces showcase the iconic red Texaco star logo alongside vibrant white and deep blue graphics. Original can labels like these are quite rare compared to full metal or cardboard cans, as surviving stock was rarely saved flat prior to can assembly. Both pieces remain in well-preserved collectible condition, featuring minimal wear, clear text, and beautiful period-correct branding, making them an excellent choice for a framed petroliana garage display or an automotive history collection.
