Vintage Harley Davidson Speed Ball Wing Saddlebag Trim Medallion 1950s 1960s
This is an original vintage Harley Davidson "Speed Ball Wing" metal trim medallion emblem. Manufactured during the 1950s and 1960s, these stepped art-deco wing emblems were specifically used as decorative trim accents on the iconic leather bubble saddlebags and seat skirts of classic models like the Panhead, Duo-Glide, and early Shovelhead. Featuring a unique stepped geometric layout ending in a circular "speed ball," this die-cast piece measures approximately 6 inches in length as displayed alongside the ruler. It features original mounting tabs on the rear side for securing to leather surfaces. Given the high demand for authentic period-correct vintage motorcycle restoration parts, original unrestored examples featuring a natural aged patina are considered quite scarce and highly rare.
