Available now is a complete vintage DRE (Düsseldorfer Blechspielwaren) "Magic Top" set, Item No. 888. This mid-century German tin toy is a classic "Bibo" style collector’s piece, featuring a magnetic spinning top and two metal "serpents" that "climb" the top's tip while it spins.
Spinning Top: The lithographed tin remains vibrant in color (green, yellow, and black). Please note there is visible sticker residue/surface damage on the face of the top (see photos for detail). The magnetic mechanism is fully functional.
Metal Serpents: Both original snake accessories are included and in great condition with no bending or significant oxidation.
Ruler for Scale: As shown in photos, the top is approximately 1.5" in diameter and the snakes are roughly 2" long.
