The phone retains its original center dial card showing a historical Pittsburgh area code (412). The original metal bottom plate remains intact, featuring the classic Monophone branding alongside its official Automatic Electric Chicago patent stamps. The phone is in unrestored, as-found condition with expected cosmetic wear from age. The Bakelite casing is free of major cracks or chips, is complete with a beautiful patina.
