Up for sale is a genuine, vintage 2005 Zippo windproof pocket lighter featuring a factory-applied front emblem of the Harley-Davidson Cycles shield badge.
Up for sale is a genuine, vintage 2005 Zippo windproof pocket lighter featuring a factory-applied front emblem of the Harley-Davidson Cycles shield badge.
The bottom stamp features the letter "D" on the left and "05" on the right, dating the outer case to April 2005. It comes equipped with an authentic Zippo insert stamped "C 05" (March 2005), making it a period-correct, factory-original matching assembly.

- Exterior Case: The navy blue matte finish shows deep scratches throughout. There is visible brassing/paint wear on the top-right corner corner of the lid, exposing the underlying brass as shown in the photos. The original 5-barrel hinge is tight.
- Interior Case & Cavity: The inner walls show standard oxidation, age-related tarnish, and fuel residue from previous use.
- Insert: Stamped original insert shows normal fuel staining and carbon buildup around the chimney but is fully intact with its wick. The flint wheel turns smoothly.
Please note: The lighter is currently unfueled and will require a new flint and fluid to strike.
