Critical Fitment & Installation Notes
- 1979 Model Exclusion: This set will not fit 1979 Sportster models due to frame and master cylinder layout differences unique to that production year.
- Brake Pedal Stop Required: For proper clearance and operation on 1980 through 1985 models, installing an external brake pedal stop is mandatory.
- Mounting Brackets: This exhaust set mounts via a standard channel mount bracket. Mounting hardware is generally not supplied by Ultima; installers must reuse factory hardware or source a channel bracket separately.
