- Engine Type: This "TC" designated model fits standard Harley Davidson Twin Cam engines.
- Note on Variants: If you instead own a newer 2017–2023 Milwaukee-Eight engine, you would need the M8 version (MPN: PATR22-63) rather than this Twin Cam version

- Evolution (Evo) & Sportster Engines: It will not fit older Evolution big twins or Sportster models, as those use different 2-hole or vertical spacing patterns.
