One pair of New York State License Plates.  The 1234-ABC design with Black letters on a Yellow Background was used for a very short time, from 1979 to 1980.  Plates from 1973-1978 used 12-ABC or 123-ABC Design with black letters on a yellow background, 1980-1986 used blue letters on a yellow background with 1234-ABC design.  Plates in nice shape with minimal patina.  Sold as pictured.
