Up for sale is a matching pair of vintage 1955 marksmanship awards from the Old Westmoreland Rifles gun club, both complete with original presentation boxes.
- Medal 1 (Silver-Tone Star): Features three bars ("1955", "25 Yard", "Metallic Sights") suspended on a split orange and yellow ribbon with a sunburst star medallion.
- Medal 2 (Gold-Tone Cross): Features three bars ("1955", "Off Hand", "Championship") suspended on a split orange and yellow ribbon with a sunburst cross medallion.
Both medals are stamped "BLACKINTON" on the reverse side. Each comes housed in its original cream cardboard presentation box with a clear cellophane window lid. (one box is missing clear plastic)Excellent historic condition with vibrant ribbon colors and clean metal finishes.
