Up for auction is a great collector's lot featuring two authentic, WWII-era vintage miniature "lipstick style" trench pocket lighters. Both are sold as-is for restoration, parts, or display.
Up for auction is a great collector's lot featuring two authentic, WWII-era vintage miniature "lipstick style" trench pocket lighters. Both are sold as-is for restoration, parts, or display.
- Rex International Corp Lighter: Features its original red lithographed/painted finish lower sleeve. Stamped "REX INTL. CORP. N.Y.C. MADE IN U.S.A." around the collar. Note: This lighter is missing its top outer protective cap.
- Weston "Ball-O-Flint" Lighter: A complete modular capsule lighter system. The bottom fill screw is clearly stamped "N.Y.C. BALL-O-FLINT". The top cap features the iconic stamped, stylized "V" (V for Victory) emblem from the World War II era. The interior retains its original cork plug for spare flint storage.
