Clock Is Made Of Plastic And Has Very Vibrant Colors. Clock Face Is 9" In Diameter.  There Is A Small Clock On The Outer Plastic At The Bottom Of The Clock.

I just tested it. The clock itself works. The trains  whistles, and whatnot do not unfortunately. Not sure what the problem is. I notice a little click as I would reach each hour. I'm assuming that's the sound of it trying to trigger the train motion and sounds, but nothing happens.
