Jolar Armory antiques new Kensington Pa Cast Stamper Seal Hand Press 1968 Notary Notorious Mob town of new kensington pa, Pretty cool piece of history!! jolar inc on 5th ave new kensington building is still there used to buy guns & ammo off john.... they had an antique store next door also but it was hard to buy them........ always had a huge lot of guns some real cool stuff...... again super nice guy, always made you come in two or four times if it was in his showcase for 650.00 he would have to research if for weeks before he may have sold it too cheap...... usually his prices on vintage stuff went for over his sticker price still enjoyed talking to him....... found this stamper at an auction, if he had it today you probably couldnt buy it......
