This system includes features for automatic self-arming and hands-free disarming of vehicle electronic security.
The system uses a hands-free security module (HFSM), a hands-free antenna, and a hands-free fob carried by the rider.
The fob communicates with the module and antenna to disarm the system when the ignition is turned on or the vehicle is uprighted.
The system automatically arms five seconds after the ignition is turned off, disabling the starter, ignition, and electronic fuel injection (EFI).
Riders can also manually disarm the system with a personal code using the turn signal switches.
A flashing indicator shows the system's armed or disarmed status. The system can be set up with a Transport Mode or Extended Storage Mode.
