Genuine OEM vintage New Old Stock (NOS) Harley-Davidson rear wheel hub axle bearing spacer sleeve assembly. Fits inside the wheel hub between the inner wheel bearings to support the axle. Factory box end is stamped with April 1981 (4/81) production date.
