Item Description
Condition: Used / Take-Off

They have been stored safely in a climate-controlled garage. The chrome is in Excellent condition with a high-mirror shine. May show very minor signs of mounting, but no road rash, major pitting, or bluing.
Product Specifications:
- Brand: Genuine Harley-Davidson (OEM)

- Style: Classic Tapered Slip-Ons
- Material: Heavy-duty steel with high-quality factory chrome finish.

Why Buy These?
- Perfect for Restoration: Ideal if you are returning a modified bike to its original "stock" look for resale or judging.
- Compliance: Great if you need to replace loud aftermarket pipes with quiet, street-legal factory mufflers.
- OEM Quality: Genuine Harley parts offer superior fitment and chrome durability compared to cheap budget replacements.
Primary Fitment
- 2005 Softail Deluxe: Models FLSTN (Carbureted) and FLSTNI (Fuel Injected).
- 2006 Softail Deluxe: Model FLSTNI.
Extended Compatibility
While specifically assigned to the 2005–2006 Deluxe, these slip-ons may physically fit other Harley-Davidson Softail Twin Cam models from the 2000–2017 range because they share the same basic chassis and mounting points.
Important Fitment Notes:
- Bracket Alignment: Different Softail models (like the Fat Boy or Heritage) often use specific support brackets. While the mufflers themselves may slip onto the header pipes, the mounting holes at the rear may require the correct Deluxe-style support bar.
- O2 Sensors: Models from 2007 and later began using O2 sensors in the exhaust headers; while these 2005–2006 mufflers are "slip-ons" and sit behind those sensors, you should always verify the inlet diameter (typically 1.75 inches) matches your current head pipes.
