Billings & Spencer Ratchet Socket Wrench Set Vtg Tools Auto Truck Hartford Ct! Early socket set with some additional items!! Didnt know they made a flex head way back then.. guessing 1920's! Don't think there were that many fancy socket sets back then!! A great addition to any tool collector's collection!!! Heck probably works well, Good old US-made tools!! Wonder what snap on price for this would be today???? Probably came in an old wooden box..... would be nice to make one for them!!
