Model-Specific Considerations

Road Glide (FLTR):
- Typically requires a gauge relocation kit because 12" risers will block the stock gauge cluster.
- Hofmann offers a specific Road Glide Billet Dual Gauge mount (sold separately) that integrates directly with these risers.

Softail (M8 Models):
- Models with a digital gauge in the riser clamp (like the Street Bob) will need a digital gauge mount adapter to move the screen to the new top clamp.

Bagger Models (Batwing Fairing):
- Often require a pull-back plate to allow the risers to clear the fairing and bring the mounting location higher for a T-bar style setup.

Wiring:
- At a 12-inch height, you will almost certainly need extended brake lines, clutch cables, and wiring harnesses
