Authentic 18th/19th-century hand-forged wrought iron dual-ended combination tool. Features a long utility/fleshing blade on one side, a wide spade scraper on the opposite end, a decorative twisted shank, and an integral floating iron hanging ring. Multi-use design consistent with early fur trade hide/pelt scrapers or colonial hearth tools. Heavy authentic pitting with a dark relic patina. Find site unknown.
