Antique Adriance 10" Monkey Wrench Stamped Wood Knife Handle Adjustable Tool

A rare stamped Adriance 10-inch monkey wrench, a classic example of an early 20th-century agricultural service tool. This wrench was originally supplied by Adriance, Platt & Co. of Poughkeepsie, NY, a world-famous manufacturer of Buckeye mowers and harvesting machinery.

Manufacturer Stamp: Features a clear, deep "ADRIANCE" stamp on the top jaw.

Design: Classic "Coes Pattern" screw wrench with parallel jaws for heavy-duty nut and bolt work.

Handle Style: Desirable wooden knife handle with two-piece wood scales held by a metal ferrule and end cap.

Size: 10 inches in total length.

Mechanical: The adjustment screw turns freely, and the lower jaw moves smoothly along the bar.
Metal: Shows a natural, aged patina consistent with its century-plus age. No major pitting or structural cracks.
Wood: The handle panels are intact with expected wear from honest use.
Jaws: Jaws remain relatively square with typical minor surface dings from historical use.
