1977-1981 Pontiac Catalina Dash Script Emblems OEM GM MDC ABS
For sale is a rare pair of vintage original equipment manufacturer (OEM) interior dash panel script nameplate emblems for the 1977-1981 Pontiac Catalina. These genuine General Motors factory components feature the classic cursive script font molded out of ABS plastic with a chrome finish and painted black background accents. Stamped clearly on the reverse side is the authentic manufacturer marking "MDC" (Michigan Die Casting), alongside "ABS" material markings and rear alignment pegs. Finding these late-generation full-size B-body dash plates as a complete set is highly unusual, making this an exceptionally scarce lot for dedicated automotive collectors, restorers, and third-generation classic Pontiac enthusiasts looking to complete a factory-correct interior package. Both pieces exhibit minor weathering, light edge wear, and vintage patina consistent with real road use, but retain all structural visual integrity with original alignment pins partially present on the back.
