This is an authentic, vintage original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Mopar "Custom" script emblem, factory part number 3811499, featuring the stamped Chrysler Pentastar logo on the reverse side alongside casting numbers 51310 and 55062. Produced between 1975 and 1978, this chrome-finished metal badge was specifically utilized as a side or sail panel nameplate on classic B-body and A-body vehicle trims, most notably the Plymouth Fury, Dodge Coronet, and Dodge Dart Custom models. Given the natural attrition rate of 1970s exterior trim components, finding a genuine metal emblem with intact mounting pins is becoming increasingly rare for automotive restorers.
