1960's Triangle Poster Co Uniontown Mall Carnival Poster Tropical Amusements
This is an authentic, original vintage cardboard window poster advertising the Uniontown Mall Carnival, featuring a midway by Tropical Amusements. Printed by the historic Triangle Poster & Printing Co. of Pittsburgh, PA (Style No. 521), this piece features striking, vibrant mid-century fair and circus graphics of a clown, Ferris wheel, and mid-century fairgrounds. The lower portion includes bold red typography displaying the event dates from May 27 thru June 1. Measuring approximately 14 by 22 inches, this is an excellent survivor piece of regional Pennsylvania advertising and Americana history. It is in very good vintage condition with bright color preservation and minimal edge wear, as shown in the images.
Very Rare. These cardboard window posters were printed as ephemeral promotional stock for regional venues and traveling carnivals, meaning very few have survived intact without heavy damage or disposal.
