1956 Blackinton Fifty Yards Off Hand Shooting Medal Loyal Hanning Rifle W/ Box

  Up for sale is a beautifully preserved 1956 marksmanship award from the Loyal Hanning Long Rifles club, complete with its original presentation box.

  This piece features a three-tier gilt brass assembly including a "1956" year plate, "Fifty Yards" distance bar, and "Off Hand" stance bar suspended over a vibrant crimson ribbon. The shield-shaped medallion showcases a crisp, high-relief eagle, long rifle, and powder horn design with intact red and white enamel target rings. The reverse is clearly stamped with the "BLACKINTON" hallmark.

  This medal comes housed in its complete original cream presentation box, which features a gold-bordered cellophane window lid and a crisp, gold-imprinted manufacturer label reading "V.H. Blackinton & Co., Inc. Attleboro Falls, Mass." at the base. Excellent historical condition with a flawless ribbon, intact cellophane, and no enamel chipping.
