Vtg 70s Horses Breyer Matte Chestnut Clydesdale Mare & Foal W Stock Quarter Mare
The mare was sculpted by C. Hess introduced in 1969 mold #83.
This mare has a green felt blanket also with velcro straps.
The foal was introduced in 1969 also and sculpted by C. Hess and does not have the green felt blanket.
The mare is used as is the foal.
Both are in really nice condition.
The mare still has her green and white felt blanket the foal does not.
Both have the Breyer Molding CO. stamp
The foal has a B stamped also on the back upper inside leg.
There is some slight color wear around the tips of the ears, mane, tail, and hooves and around the noses.
No visible cracks or chips.
The mare measurements are as follows: height-9.5 inches from ears to feet and is about 11 inches long from nose to back foot.
The foals' measurements are as follows: height-7.5 inches from ears to feet and 8 inches from nose to the end of tail.
The stock quarter horse mare is a beautiful matte sorrel leg-up version with a flaxen mane and tail, right hind sock, and stripe sculpted by C. Hess and introduced in 1982 Breyer animal collections guide fifth edition.
