Manufacturer: PACE Electrical Instruments.
Measurement Range: The scale reads from 0 up to 500 Volts.
Sensitivity: A rating of "1000 ohms per volt" means the meter draws a specific amount of current from the circuit under test (1 milliampere at full scale), which was a common sensitivity for older analog meters.
