This is a Vtg Bell & Howell 252 8mm Working Manual Wind Movie Camera with undeveloped film still inside. The actual wind up mechanism is working but I have no way of testing the cameras full ability, so it is partially untested. Camera looks to be in great shape! I don't know if the film has been exposed. For an old camera this one looks pretty good!
