The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) model NES-001 is the original "front-loading" 8-bit home video game console released in North America on October 18, 1985.
Known for its iconic gray boxy design, it revived the video game industry following the 1983 crash and introduced legendary franchises like Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, and Duck Hunt.
- Processor: Ricoh 2A03 8-bit CPU (based on MOS 6502) running at ~1.79 MHz (NTSC).
- Graphics: Ricoh 2C02 Picture Processing Unit (PPU) with a resolution of 256 x 240 pixels.
- Memory: 2 KB internal RAM and 2 KB video RAM.
- Audio: 5-channel mono sound (2 pulse, 1 triangle, 1 noise, 1 DPCM).
- Connectivity: Features both RF video and Composite RCA (red/white/yellow) output.
- Design: A "zero-insertion force" front-loading cartridge slot intended to mimic a VCR.
This bundle comes with Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt and Rocket Ranger games
Also comes with the gun control for the duck hunter game, 2 controllers, and needed plugs/cables for the console.
It is in great condition for its age and has also been tested. Tested for about 15 minutes.
